What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8-12 sales specialists to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Drive a metrics-based, results-oriented sales culture focused on operational excellence.
- Oversee the full outbound acquisition strategy for SMB partners, ensuring high conversion and retention.
- Recruit and onboard new team members to scale the ANZ sales function.
- Collaborate with the Head of Independent Partners to align local growth levers with global strategy.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase market penetration and efficiency.
Requirements
- Must have full Australian working rights (no working holiday visas).
- Proven experience in leading and scaling large sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced global marketplace.
- Strong proficiency in monitoring and tracking sales KPIs, with experience using Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mentality.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on team support.
