TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Bedford, TX. US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Sort and index documents and correspondence from fax, portals, email, and physical mail into the litigation/claims portal.
  • Create and maintain detailed tracking logs for various litigation items.
  • Communicate with external parties via email and phone regarding claims documents.
  • Perform high-precision data entry and specialized document processing tasks.
  • Manage incoming calls by gathering information and directing callers to appropriate resources.
  • Provide general administrative support to management as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college education preferred).
  • US Work Authorization is strictly required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

  • Prior experience working within an insurance company or agency.
