TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Receive, prepare, batch, and scan legal documents delivered to the office.
  • Interact professionally with process servers, sheriffs, and other individuals delivering legal documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service of process.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation and route them to appropriate resolution teams.
  • Utilize internal systems, scanning technologies, and dashboards to track work.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with scanning equipment and workflow systems.
  • Ability to meet established productivity and quality metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience in document processing, administrative operations, or records management.
  • Knowledge of Registered Agent services, Service of Process, and corporate document filings.
  • Additional education in legal or operations workflows.
