What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from the initial discovery call to the final signed agreement.
- Conduct discovery-first selling to diagnose prospect needs before offering tailored solutions.
- Manage a high-velocity pipeline using HubSpot to maintain growth momentum.
- Craft and deliver tailored demos that address unique hurdles of agency owners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to refine sales strategy.
- Adapt quickly to new feature rollouts and messaging refinements in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or a high-velocity startup.
- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to read prospects via remote communication.
- Thrive in fast-moving environments where playbooks are still being developed.
- Strong CRM discipline with a focus on specific notes and accurate stage tracking in HubSpot.
- Ability to lead with standard pricing and convey the platform's value confidently.

- Experience in the Home Care or Healthtech industry.
