What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective health insurance customers through direct prospecting and referrals.
• Lead the end-to-end consultative sales process, including client research, demos, and closing.
• Develop statements of work and pricing proposals tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain and evolve the value proposition based on the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• Proven experience selling into the health insurance industry is mandatory.
• Strong hunting skills and ability to build a book of business from scratch.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate ROI using technology during product demos.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
