TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Atlanta or Florida, US

Base Salary: $135,000–$145,000; TTC: $155,250–$166,750

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare clients including hospitals, imaging centers, and cardiology practices.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and utilization assessments to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with Client Services and Implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and drive ongoing adoption.
  • Track key client metrics such as NPS and utilization to proactively identify and resolve risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and expansion.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and service teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
  • 7+ years of experience in client success or account management, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
  • Experience working directly with health systems, cardiology groups, or outpatient imaging centers.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and data dashboards (Tableau or Looker).
  • Willingness to travel within the territory up to 40%.
  • Must be based in Atlanta or Florida, US.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a startup environment (Series A-C).
  • Spanish language proficiency.
