Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for technical buyers in the US market with an accent on converting inbound leads into high-value customers. Focus on engaging developers and IT leaders, navigating complex evaluations, and shaping the US sales strategy for a fast-growing, product-led company.
Location: Must be based in Boston or New York (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in NYC or monthly travel required).
Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 OTE + Equity.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to closing mid-market deals.
- Engage technical buyers including developers, DevOps, IT, and CTOs.
- Manage and expand the existing US pipeline through strategic evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Refine and optimize US sales playbooks and strategies alongside leadership.
- Act as a key voice in the company's US expansion efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role.
- Proven track record of closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products.
- Experience driving deals from an inbound pipeline.
- Ability to navigate proof-of-concept evaluations with technical stakeholders.
- Must be based in Boston or New York with willingness to travel.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with open source, developer tools, or PLG companies.
- Background in Series A-C stage startups.
