Compensation: $85,600 – $149,400 USD (plus commission)

What you will do
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to engage prospective hospital and health system clients.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Ovid Synthesis.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation, objection handling, and contract closing.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to expand the footprint of solutions within existing accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of field sales experience in a complex B2B environment.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and closing complex deals.
- Deep understanding of the hospital, clinical market, and quality improvement industry.
- Experience navigating procurement, IT, and budget approval processes in healthcare.
- Proficiency with CRM applications, specifically Salesforce.
- Must be able to work onsite in Princeton, NJ as required by the recruitment process.
