What you will do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned strategic accounts to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage customer forecasts and demand planning activities in partnership with Sales, Planning, and Operations.
• Own end-to-end order book management, including supply chain delays, allocation, and shipment execution.
• Manage customer-specific compliance, shipping windows, routing guides, and retailer operational standards.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and open orders to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead weekly business reviews and provide KPI reporting and account performance analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Bentonville, AR.
• 2+ years of experience supporting strategic retail accounts in B2B customer service or sales operations.
• Strong forecasting and demand planning experience with the ability to analyze sales trends and demand signals.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and reporting/dashboard development.
• Experience with retailer portals, EDI transactions, and UPC/GTIN management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Walmart or other major retail accounts.
• Familiarity with Retail Link, Nova, or Supplier One systems.
• Experience in toy, collectibles, entertainment, or FMCG categories.
