What you will do

• Lead and develop a global expert team through functional and disciplinary leadership.
• Drive the global implementation and standardization of Level-3 process automation systems to increase efficiency.
• Manage global templates in collaboration with local projects, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Support the development of digital processes, platforms, and organizational structures.
• Coordinate with strategic programs such as Smart Manufacturing CoC and Intelligent Enterprise.
• Oversee budgets for global automation and technology rollout projects.

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience managing global, interdisciplinary teams.
• Expertise in factory automation and digital efficiency within GMP manufacturing environments.
• Ability to develop infrastructure and automation concepts in collaboration with IT and OT.
• Knowledge of IT/OT security policies, regulatory compliance, and data integrity.
• Experience documenting digital processes using tools like Signavio or Polarion.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Melsungen, Germany.
