Sr. Manager (m/f/d) – DHAM Factory IT (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead IT activities for the Hamburg manufacturing site and act as the primary IT partner for site leadership, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities.
• Define and execute the site IT roadmap in line with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Own the performance, lifecycle management, upgrades, and modernization of MES, CIM, SPC, APC, and related manufacturing applications.
• Drive factory automation, equipment integration, robotics, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure reliable operation and high availability of networks, servers, storage, workplace technologies, and end-user support for 24/7 factory operations.
• Lead service management, cybersecurity, compliance, business continuity, disaster recovery, team development, vendor coordination, resource planning, and IT budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant leadership experience in Manufacturing IT, Factory IT, or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of MES, CIM, factory automation, equipment integration, manufacturing operations, and OT/IT integration.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, workplace services, networks, servers, service management, and business-critical 24/7 operations.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and German, spoken and written, is required. ITIL or an equivalent service management certification is also required.
