What you will do

• Lead the design of highly sophisticated electrical/optical wireline transceivers and SerDes for datacenter connectivity.
• Perform architectural investigations and implementation for circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, CTLE, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Conduct design verification using industry-standard tools including SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Collaborate with system architects and a global team of circuit and physical designers to build high-performance serial links.
• Bridge the gap between bleeding-edge research and development and hands-on circuit design for advanced wireline links.
• Supervise analog layout in the latest deep submicron technologies to achieve key performance targets for high-speed design.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years of related experience.
• Expertise in analog design focus areas: ADC/DACs, Front-Ends, CTLE, PLL, Timing circuits, CDRs, or SerDes.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and analog layout.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debug skills to drive test plans and validation.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
