What you will do

• Lead the design and development of analog and digital circuits, power systems, and signal processing subsystems.
• Define system-level architecture and component selection to ensure reliability and manufacturability.
• Oversee the PCB development lifecycle, ensuring optimization for signal integrity and thermal management.
• Lead the prototyping, integration, and hardware validation of new electronic components and subsystems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and lead cross-functional technical discussions and design reviews.
• Manage major design projects from initial planning through final implementation and production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, and system-level integration.
• Proficiency in simulation tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, LTSpice, MATLAB, or PSpice.
• Expertise in analog/digital signal processing, microcontroller/FPGA programming, and embedded system design.
• Solid understanding of EMC, signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal design.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-speed, high-voltage, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Knowledge of wireless communication technologies (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee) and IoT systems.
