Product Development Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Any hirify.global office; hybrid role. US work authorization is required, and visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $62,400–$85,800 per year, with a 12% bonus potential.

What you will do

• Develop policy forms for new and revised insurance coverages and programs.
• Conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements that communicate underwriting intent and support claims resolution.
• Research coverage forms and confirm compliance with applicable state regulations.
• Prepare documentation for product filings and State Department of Insurance requests.
• Mentor and share expertise with PRS associates while building relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects as requested.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience developing insurance coverage forms preferred.
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations throughout the insurance policy life cycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, detail-oriented, and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency with standard business software, including Excel and Word.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available.
