What you will do

• Develop and draft insurance policy forms for new and revised coverages.
• Ensure all products comply with applicable state regulations and insurance laws.
• Prepare documentation for product filings and State Department of Insurance requests.
• Mentor and share expertise with other associates within the department.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support product goals.
• Participate in special projects to improve product development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship provided)
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance coverage form development
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations regarding policy life cycles
• Proficiency in standard business software including Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
