Salary: $131,000 – $188,000

What you will do
- Prospect relentlessly to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Provide transparent and accurate sales forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing market insights and client needs.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of team best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of applicable sales experience.
- Proven ability to manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with software contract terms.
- Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment media and HR software solutions is a plus.
