Salary: $131,000 – $188,000

What you will do

  • Prospect relentlessly to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Provide transparent and accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing market insights and client needs.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to the development of team best practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of applicable sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with software contract terms.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and Salesforce.com is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment media and HR software solutions is a plus.
