What you will do

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing equipment issues.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and install equipment according to technical manuals and blueprints.
• Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production tools.
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to improve reliability.
• Create detailed reports on equipment failures and develop maintenance specifications.
• Support engineering teams with equipment configuration changes and data collection experiments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, or an Associate Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• 2+ years of experience in dismantling, repairing, and assembling equipment.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with robotic systems, including drives, actuators, and microcontrollers.
• Experience interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Background in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair.
• Previous experience with semiconductor equipment maintenance or cleanroom operations.
