What you will do

• Perform optical assembly, alignment, and bonding techniques using robotic dispensing equipment.
• Conduct optical metrology measurements using hand and computer-operated tools.
• Assemble opto-mechanical subassemblies while following strict cleanroom protocols.
• Maintain cleanroom environment and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Document processes accurately and assist engineering with procedural improvements.
• Work with torque-limiting tools and handle sensitive optical components with precision.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year technical degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly department.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor control for handling sensitive optics.
• Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions without variance.
• Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts to support production schedules.
