What you will do

• Operate automated equipment to produce biological assays and/or reagents.
• Support process improvement and assay/process development for manufacturing.
• Complete production documentation including data capture, forms, logbooks, and inventory batch records.
• Perform daily maintenance and documentation for production equipment.
• Maintain lab cleanliness and supplies/equipment; follow laboratory safety and PPE requirements.
• Process materials for physical inventory (aliquot/vial/label) and prepare/report raw material, reagent, and coated plate inventories.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to learn and follow standard laboratory techniques and safety precautions.
• Strong communication skills for reporting issues/problems and results impacting timelines, accuracy, and reliability of data.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 80% of the day spent at a lab bench and/or in the cleanroom.
• Work eligibility verification required (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior manufacturing experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP and JDE systems.
• Experience with cGMP and/or ISO certification.
