What you will do

• Rebuild and clean subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Execute preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on various dry etch tool sets.
• Support subfab equipment and manage chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain an adequate supply of consumables for sub-assembly rebuilding.
• Apply 5S principles to ensure an organized maintenance and parts management environment.
• Collaborate professionally within a fast-paced production setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or parts management.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities for electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to create and follow written procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• 3 to 5 years of related wafer fab experience with an emphasis on production equipment.
• 12+ hours towards an Associate degree in electronics from an accredited school.
