ATMC Etch Maintenance Specialist (PM Technician) Shift Nights 1

What you will do

• Rebuild and clean subassemblies for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities for AMAT, Ulvac, Gasonics, Fusion Gemini, and LAM dry etch tool sets.
• Support subfab equipment and handle chemicals according to applicable procedures.
• Maintain an adequate supply of consumables for subassembly rebuilding.
• Troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems in a fast-paced production environment.
• Create and follow written procedures while maintaining 5S organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of equipment maintenance and/or parts management experience.
• Good mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally in production environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of wafer fabrication experience focused on production equipment.
• More than 12 credit hours toward an accredited associate degree in electronics.
• Experience maintaining 5S organization in a maintenance or parts-management environment.
