TL;DR

Sales Manager (Furniture/Design): Driving business growth and managing dealer relationships in South West Germany with an accent on project-based sales and specification-driven strategies. Location: Must be based in South West Germany (Baden-Württemberg, Saarland, Rheinland-Pfalz, or Hessen). The role is remote but requires frequent travel (up to 50%).

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers and key influencers in the territory.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and challenger selling.
  • Manage large-scale projects from initial concept and specification through to final order.
  • Provide technical and specification support to dealers in collaboration with portfolio leads.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting using Salesforce.
  • Represent the brand at client meetings and deliver high-quality presentations for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Must be based in South West Germany with a valid German driving license (Klasse B).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales (minimum 5 years) within contract furniture, interiors, or design-led industries.
  • Strong network within the Southern German contract, architecture, and dealer landscape.
  • Deep understanding of project sales processes and specification-driven models.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
