What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with designated dealers and key influencers in the territory.
- Identify and create new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and challenger selling.
- Manage large-scale projects from initial concept and specification through to final order.
- Provide technical and specification support to dealers in collaboration with portfolio leads.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting using Salesforce.
- Represent the brand at client meetings and deliver high-quality presentations for RFIs, RFPs, and tenders.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Must be based in South West Germany with a valid German driving license (Klasse B).
- Proven track record in B2B sales (minimum 5 years) within contract furniture, interiors, or design-led industries.
- Strong network within the Southern German contract, architecture, and dealer landscape.
- Deep understanding of project sales processes and specification-driven models.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
