Growth Lead (Demand Generation/ABM): Own how hirify.global generates and scales enterprise pipelines by designing multi-channel programs that reach the right buyers and translate directly into revenue, with an accent on ABM execution and pipeline/revenue accountability. Focus on building integrated campaigns across email, events, content, paid media, and outbound while partnering with Sales to drive qualified meetings and closed opportunities.

hirify.global is an AI copilot for transactional lawyers that helps legal teams draft, review, and negotiate contracts faster inside Microsoft Word.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute enterprise-focused demand generation strategies across legal departments, procurement teams, and law firms.
  • Build integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, events, paid media, content, and outbound support.
  • Create and scale ABM programs targeting strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives and SDRs to align on target account strategy and campaign support for strategic opportunities and expansion.
  • Launch executive roundtables, customer events, and webinar programs to generate qualified meetings.
  • Improve marketing automation and campaign operations; run experiments to increase engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline creation.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record owning pipeline and revenue targets with measurable results in enterprise or mid-market sales motions.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with Sales.
