What you will do

  • Support execution of go-to-market and demand generation campaigns across email, web, and social channels.
  • Create and update on-brand marketing assets, including landing pages and presentations, using existing templates.
  • Draft and proofread copy for core marketing channels under the guidance of the marketing manager.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects by maintaining timelines and communicating risks and progress proactively.
  • Coordinate logistics for webinars and virtual events, including speaker preparation and post-event follow-ups.
  • Track and report on campaign performance across channels to provide insights for future optimization.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or event coordination (internships welcome).
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines through strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and reporting while maintaining brand standards.
  • Clear communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM and MAP tools such as Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Basic understanding of web and email metrics, including experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience making simple design updates in Canva or similar tools.
