Salary: $97,520–$134,090 base + up to 25% bonus potential

What you will do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle primary and excess cyber, privacy liability, and technology errors & omissions claims.
• Evaluate coverage for complex primary and excess cyber/technology E&O policies, make coverage determinations, and draft coverage correspondence.
• Manage nationwide litigation against insureds: appoint and direct defense counsel, and work toward expeditious and economical resolutions.
• Set loss and expense reserves and evaluate settlement values; support defense counsel billing and collections coordination.
• Communicate with underwriting and management on adverse developments and key issues affecting cyber and technology E&O product lines.
• Contribute to claims exposure reports and action plans, and participate in ongoing training and development.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship.
• 5–10+ years of handling cyber and/or technology errors & omissions policies.
• Strong insurance coverage knowledge for cyber and technology E&O and excess liability policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to analyze and convey complex issues and develop action plans.
• Experience determining contractual obligations, performing insurance coverage analyses, and conducting investigations.
• Ability to manage complex litigation, set reserves, and evaluate settlement values; travel required (~20%).
