What you will do

• Underwrite, price, and negotiate accounts aligned with risk quality and company strategy across P&C product lines.
• Drive new business and complex renewal growth within the Entertainment sector in the west coast region.
• Develop new broker relationships and deepen existing relationships to increase production.
• Collaborate with the national entertainment team to share knowledge and improve underwriting outcomes.
• Maintain high customer service standards and monitor product results to improve productivity and profitability.
• Travel as needed for industry events and broker visits (up to 25%), with occasional regional travel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in P&C Middle Market Package coverages; Entertainment experience preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering meaningful underwriting profit.
• Strong sales principles, presentation, and negotiation skills with a competitive drive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to identify business needs and deliver customer-centric service.
• Hybrid role: requires two (2) days in the office weekly in Los Angeles.
