What you will do

• Analyze liability claim submissions for coverage and set appropriate case reserves.
• Draft coverage analyses for tech E&O and cyber claims.
• Monitor litigation and manage local defense and breach counsel.
• Attend mediations and settlement conferences to drive early resolution.
• Liaise directly with insureds and brokers to provide professional service.
• Maintain accurate file documentation in the claims management system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional lines claims handling experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years of specific experience in Cyber and Technology coverage.
• Proven ability to lead litigation and negotiate complex claims outcomes.
• Advanced knowledge of coverage and the litigation process.
• B.A./B.S. degree required; JD from an ABA-accredited law school preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
