What you will do

• Reduce defectivity, cycle time, and production costs while improving yield.
• Monitor and improve tool utilization and availability across multiple platforms.
• Implement Six-Sigma statistical process control methods to maintain process stability.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications for manufacturing processes.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional lean activity teams to resolve recurring machine faults.
• Train personnel and present complex process data to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• BS or MS in an engineering or science discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Strong ability to analyze equipment performance data and produce actionable resolution plans.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and applying logical problem-solving to equipment issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 manufacturing environment and adjust schedules as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically in Cleans processes.
• Experience with toolsets such as SCP9400, WS-820L, Akrion GAMA, Semitool, or FSI Mercury.
• Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing methods.
