What you will do

• Oversee setup, operation, and monitoring of complex manufacturing systems (including CNC machines, automated systems, and high-precision equipment).
• Lead advanced troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues; perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and related methodologies; monitor production data and quality metrics.
• Perform advanced preventive maintenance and lead predictive maintenance using condition-based monitoring and data analytics; maintain and calibrate equipment.
• Ensure quality control through inspections, quality audits, and corrective actions; collaborate with quality teams on inspection protocols and testing methods.
• Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards (OSHA compliance), maintain production/maintenance records, and lead/participate in improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/operations or a related technical role, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technician capacity.
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, and industrial automation systems.
• Proficiency troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and process-related problems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of quality control standards, testing protocols, and inspection methods; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
