What you will do

• Perform setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor performance data to identify reliability improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Execute experiments and implement configuration changes in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Manage non-standard production events through systematic problem-solving.
• Lead training programs and maintain documentation for team procedures.
• Participate in safety forums and Emergency Response Team activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Phoenix, Arizona for on-site work.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• BS or Associate degree in a STEM-related field, or High School Diploma/GED with 1.5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work a compressed 12-hour shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:18 PM).
• Ability to work in a clean room environment, wear required safety gear, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

Nice to have

• 6+ months of experience in electronics equipment troubleshooting, installation, or repair.
• Prior experience in semiconductor manufacturing technology.
• ERT training and certification.
