What you will do

• Assess functional-area maturity using the Process Maturity Model and prioritize remediation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to document workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define improvement opportunities.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from defining problem statements and goals to securing stakeholder buy-in.
• Communicate solution objectives and provide oversight to cross-functional teams of up to 15 people.
• Document business process requirements and assess associated operational risks.
• Track and report project status, risks, and decisions to leadership in an Agile environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM) and leading improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolsets.
• Demonstrated experience creating project charters, documenting workflows, and performing root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with flowcharting and process mapping software.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in education technology or publishing sectors.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).
