What you will do
- Manage daily office operations, including maintenance requests and inventory management.
- Coordinate with building management and oversee vendor services such as catering and facility maintenance.
- Track office expenses and support budget management.
- Plan and execute employee events, onboarding activities, and engagement programs.
- Maintain office organization, cleanliness standards, and asset tracking.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a primary point of contact.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience organizing in-person and virtual events.
- Must be based in Toronto, Canada and available for full-time in-office work.
