What you will do

• Manage daily workplace operations, facility maintenance, and general studio upkeep.
• Lead the Occupational Health & Safety committee, including safety checks and reporting.
• Source and oversee external vendors for security, trades, and catering services.
• Coordinate employee business travel and manage expense reimbursements and vendor invoices.
• Facilitate onboarding logistics, HR orientations, and coordinate with IT for workstation setups.
• Plan and execute internal events and initiatives to foster a positive company culture.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or administrative roles.
• Proven track record in managing external vendors and organizing team events.
• Hands-on experience with expense processing and basic budget support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
• Must be based onsite at the headquarters in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
