Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to assigned leaders, coordinating across functions and time zones.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, calendars, and meeting schedules.
  • Process expense reports and procurement requests accurately.
  • Support new hire onboarding, including IT equipment and workspace setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations, facilities, and supply inventory.
  • Plan and execute offsite meetings and team events.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Toronto, Canada and able to work in a hybrid model.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administrative or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
