HRIS Analyst (Workday)

Salary: $83,651–$122,687 per year

What you will do

• Execute system administration including dashboard, report, and permission management.
• Provide end-user support, maintain documentation, and perform routine data validation.
• Identify and implement configuration enhancements to improve business processes.
• Evaluate new system releases and implement approved functionality.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs to ensure data integrity and security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in HR and technology, including 2+ years utilizing Workday.
• Strong knowledge of benefits, payroll, and personnel administration.
• Experience with Workday report building and calculated fields.
• Unrestricted work authorization for the US.
• Expertise in MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications (HCM Core, Benefits, Integrations).
• Experience with VNDLY or API workflows.
• Project Management experience or knowledge of SDLC.
• Experience supporting global HR teams and processes.
