What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Management Plans for semiconductor construction projects.
• Provide oversight to 3rd party inspection firms including geotechnical, civil, structural, and mechanical teams.
• Review and approve Quality Assurance Plans and Construction Project Execution Plans from contractors.
• Ensure onsite work conforms to drawings, codes, and specifications through rigorous inspection and documentation.
• Drive Best Known Methods (BKMs) and standardization across the Virtual Factory network.
• Build and maintain a strong safety Culture of Care across all project environments.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in Construction Management or Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
• Strong project management and leadership skills to manage multiple firms and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
