What you will do

• Represent the system engineering team in cross-functional collaboration with digital, analog, and firmware teams.
• Perform post-silicon validation to collect and analyze massive bench data for product quality assurance.
• Characterize electrical parameters including Tx jitters, CDR loops, CTLE, and PLL.
• Tune internal circuits such as peaking, bandwidth, and adaptation algorithms to optimize performance.
• Design system-level hardware and PCB schematics in collaboration with SI and layout teams.
• Develop and maintain bench automation libraries using Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 3-5 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 2-3 years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Strong knowledge of analog and mixed-signal systems.
• Solid understanding of modern high-speed PHY/Serdes technologies.
• Proficiency in programming with Python or Matlab.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
