Salary: $122,200–$183,000 per annum

What you will do
- Define and execute qualification strategies for new products and manufacturing processes.
- Develop high-power HTOL and production burn-in solutions for advanced node products.
- Design and verify qualification hardware such as HTOL and HAST boards.
- Manage reliability suppliers and subcontractors to ensure robust testing execution.
- Conduct failure analysis and generate comprehensive qualification reports.
- Support customer quality requirements and internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5-10 years of experience, or Master’s/PhD with 3-5 years.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor product qualification and reliability testing.
- Extensive knowledge of IC reliability testing including HTOL, HAST, ESD, and latch-up.
- Familiarity with industrial standards such as JEDEC, AEC, and Telcordia.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with advanced node (2nm/3nm) multi-chip modules and advanced packaging.
- Knowledge of reliability lifetime modeling and failure mechanisms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP, Reliasoft, or Minitab.
- Understanding of FMEA processes and risk assessment.
