What you will do

• Own the end-to-end collections strategy for North America strategic accounts to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding.
• Design and implement data-driven collection strategies that balance recovery rates with long-term customer relationship preservation.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and Customer Operations to align on risk mitigation and payment strategies.
• Deliver accurate cash forecasts to inform executive-level financial planning and decision-making.
• Optimize collections processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team, fostering accountability and ownership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in receivables management, collections, or finance operations within a complex enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving performance outcomes.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management, cash forecasting, and financial operations best practices.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Experience working with large strategic accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.

• Experience within a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
• Background in global finance operations or working across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with automation tools, analytics platforms, or process improvement methodologies.
