What you will do

  • Own and exceed regional sales and DIT targets on a quarterly, half-year, and annual basis.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, market segments, and mass market growth.
  • Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively through high-impact proposals and presentations.
  • Analyze market landscapes, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 10+ years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to meet or exceed financial targets.
  • BA/BS/BE degree or equivalent required; MBA or Engineering background is a plus.
  • Solid experience promoting standard or commodity products.
  • Technical understanding of Industrial and Automotive applications is highly preferred.
