What you will do
- Own and exceed regional sales and DIT targets on a quarterly, half-year, and annual basis.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts, market segments, and mass market growth.
- Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners.
- Communicate value propositions effectively through high-impact proposals and presentations.
- Analyze market landscapes, trends, and competitive dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 10+ years of experience as a sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
- Proven track record in leading and motivating teams to meet or exceed financial targets.
- BA/BS/BE degree or equivalent required; MBA or Engineering background is a plus.
- Solid experience promoting standard or commodity products.
- Technical understanding of Industrial and Automotive applications is highly preferred.
