What you will do
- Manage and develop assigned customer accounts to drive revenue growth, including ownership of sales forecasts and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders across purchasing, engineering, and quality functions.
- Lead pricing negotiations and manage purchase agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Support and develop distribution partners to expand business presence within the region.
- Coordinate customer escalations and support project management across Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
- Promote products directly to customers and represent the company at relevant trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, technical degree (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics) preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive component or sub-system sales, with OEM or Tier I/II experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working in a multinational environment and collaborating with global teams.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex accounts and multiple stakeholders.
