What you will do
- Collaborate with dealer principals and general managers to develop marketing campaigns consistent with dealership goals.
- Educate and advise clients on digital engagement platform best practices through regular direct interface.
- Modify and optimize digital playlists based on traffic patterns, dwell times, and customer demographics.
- Inspect installed hardware (screens, media players) and coordinate technical resolution through proper channels.
- Identify up-sell opportunities and prospect new business leads to support revenue growth.
- Measure and report dealer satisfaction to drive client retention and contract renewals.
Requirements
- Must reside in the local market (Kansas).
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 3-8 years of successful sales and account management experience, specifically within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive market trends, business tools, and consumer behaviors.
- Ability and willingness to travel within a multi-state region (KS and MO).
