Location: Must be based in Paris and work on-site 5 days a week

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey for a portfolio of high-profile legal clients in France.
- Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure immediate client success and product adoption.
- Act as a strategic advisor to uncover new use cases and maximize value realization.
- Manage commercial negotiations for renewals and upsells to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor customer health metrics to proactively mitigate churn risk.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into product improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in engagement management, client advisory, or account leadership.
- Proven track record in high-growth B2B SaaS, professional services, or consulting.
- Fluent French and English required for high-level communication with legal leaders.
- Hunter mentality with experience in closing commercial opportunities and managing renewals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to keep complex implementations on track.
- Must be available to work on-site in Paris 5 days a week.
