Location: Hybrid role, based from our Hub in Paris, France

What you will do
- Manage adoption journey for a portfolio of large strategic customers
- Understand customer goals and metrics, using product data for proactive strategies
- Document bespoke enablement plans and share best practices
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and empower internal champions
- Collaborate with Account Executives on reviews, expansions, and renewals
- Deliver live and scalable training customized to customer needs
- Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding, Technical Account Managers, and others
Requirements
- 4+ years in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Enablement, Account Management, or similar SaaS customer-facing role
- Excellent communication skills for diverse customer personas
- Strong product knowledge and consultative approach to adoption challenges
- Track record of impactful outcomes, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience using or design/collaboration tools
- Background in UX/UI, Design Ops, or Frontend Development
