What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical teams from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Collaborate with peer recruiters to share pipeline insights and improve hiring efficiency.
• Utilize Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported tools to track candidates and organize workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically hiring for technical roles.
• Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates using research and recruiting tools.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (e.g., Gem).
• Ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week.
