What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and market requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and manage the full end-to-end offer process.
• Provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.
• Mentor team members and act as a brand ambassador for the client.
• Support diverse functions including Pharma, Diagnostics, Finance, and Computational Sciences.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (written and verbal) is essential.
• Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience in in-house, RPO, or agency settings.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, ON, Canada.
• Proven experience working in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strong understanding of Canadian compensation principles and labor costs.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday and Phenom People.
