Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Proven track record of recruiting field operations talent such as operators and technicians.
• Experience with ATS tools like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience working within fast-growing and scaling startups.
