TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM): Independently executing end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles with an accent on stakeholder partnership and regional market insight. Location: Hybrid role with offices in Montreal and Toronto; expectation of 1 day per week in-office, with flexibility for remote work for those living far from office locations.

What you will do

  • Own and deliver full-cycle hiring workflows from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner directly with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
  • Source, screen, and advance candidates across diverse role types and geographies.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and progress candidates based on evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and hiring documentation to support compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Knowledge of multi-region talent market dynamics and hiring conditions.
  • Ability to elicit, document, and validate role expectations with Hiring Managers.
  • Familiarity with structured interview methods and consistent candidate evaluation approaches.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance, data privacy requirements, and documentation standards.
