What you will do
- Own and deliver full-cycle hiring workflows from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and interview plans.
- Source, screen, and advance candidates across diverse role types and geographies.
- Coordinate interviews, gather structured feedback, and progress candidates based on evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and hiring documentation to support compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge of multi-region talent market dynamics and hiring conditions.
- Ability to elicit, document, and validate role expectations with Hiring Managers.
- Familiarity with structured interview methods and consistent candidate evaluation approaches.
- Understanding of recruitment compliance, data privacy requirements, and documentation standards.
