What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Development roles from sourcing to offer.
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, social networks, and job boards.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and evaluation criteria.
  • Integrate diversity and inclusion strategies into every step of the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline activity within the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with recruiting processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven experience sourcing candidates through social media and professional networks.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and modern ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Strong knowledge of fair and unbiased interview and screening techniques.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be based in Canada.
