What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for C-level and senior leadership roles, including CTO, CMO, CRO, and VP positions.
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for high-growth companies in the CPG and e-commerce sectors.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools to ensure a premium candidate experience.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment strategies.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience in CPG or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven success in talent acquisition for senior executive and leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of North American talent markets (must be based in US or Canada).
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment settings.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart marketplaces.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
