What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for C-level and senior leadership roles, including CTO, CMO, CRO, and VP positions.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies for high-growth companies in the CPG and e-commerce sectors.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteria.
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS and CRM tools to ensure a premium candidate experience.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment strategies.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant recruitment experience in CPG or e-commerce sectors.
- Proven success in talent acquisition for senior executive and leadership roles.
- Deep knowledge of North American talent markets (must be based in US or Canada).
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment CRM systems.
- Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment settings.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Walmart marketplaces.
