Principal Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead RFI and RFQ sizing activities for product and test engineering programs.
• Develop and maintain operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) models.
• Support NPI development including pre-silicon engagement, silicon characterization, and validation planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, finance, and procurement to optimize production readiness.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and operational processes.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations to improve engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, NPI lifecycle, and silicon qualification.
• Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest V93K, Teradyne Uflex), probe cards, and load boards.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Proven ability to work in highly cross-functional environments with strong project management skills.
