Salary: $138,400–$204,800 per annum

What you will do
- Lead RFI and RFQ sizing activities for product and test engineering programs.
- Develop and maintain operational expenditure (OpEx) and capital expenditure (CapEx) models.
- Support NPI development including pre-silicon engagement, silicon characterization, and validation planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, finance, and procurement to optimize production readiness.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives for engineering and operational processes.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations to improve engineering efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Semiconductor Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in semiconductor product or test engineering.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing flows, NPI lifecycle, and silicon qualification.
- Experience with ATE platforms (Advantest V93K, Teradyne Uflex), probe cards, and load boards.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Proven ability to work in highly cross-functional environments with strong project management skills.
