What you will do

• Investigate, negotiate, and settle primary and excess cyber, privacy liability, and technology E&O claims.
• Analyze insurance coverage, make determinations, and draft complex coverage correspondence.
• Manage litigation filed nationwide, including directing defense counsel and managing legal expenses.
• Communicate coverage positions to policyholders and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with underwriting to manage claims and report on significant developments.
• Participate in training and development initiatives within the Professional Liability Division.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of cyber and/or professional liability claims or litigation experience.
• College degree or professional designation required; JD preferred.
• Must possess valid US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Sound comprehension of insurance coverage for cyber and excess liability policies.
• Ability to manage complex litigation and set loss/expense reserves.
• Ability to travel as necessary (approximately 20%).

• Excess liability (quota share, first layer, and high layer) claims or litigation experience.
• Insurance coverage litigation experience.
